“I’m a young recruiter with tons of experience building startups from stealth mode to post IPO. I take pride in my work and make sure that the job gets done right the first time. In my free time I enjoy body building, playing baseball, golfing, and video games! When I’m not participating in sporting events, I love spending time with my wife, our two cats, and being a new dad to my son!”

Don’t be afraid to be yourself! Hiring managers now more than ever are looking for the right culture fit. Ask lots of questions and do your research, it will go a long way!

Also, it is important to be clear with what you want in your next role. Ask your Recruiter questions and be open about what you want and what you do not want, your recruiter is there to help you.
