Talentpair is a network for candidates, companies and recruiters to engage. It’s private, we will never sell your data as it’s yours. You are in control of your search, turn it on or off whenever you want. We like to think of it as always be ready as the market can shift quickly. However you can also see where your resume is going, instantly be notified when a Hiring Manager is interested and see all activities related to your application for a transparent hiring and application process. Talentpair charges 20% of the fee upon payment by the client and disburses the remaining percentages according to the Smart Contract.

Yes. You will receive the percentages of the fee associated with candidates in the Smart Contract. Unless it’s a contingent search. Then only the recruiter on the search owns the contract.

As long as your client is not an active client in Talentpair you will own all client activity associated with that client.  Also, the fee agreement you have in place with the client at the time of posting will be the governing document for as long as the client is active.

NOPE – you can cherry pick which companies, which jobs, and which candidates you take to the Talentpair Marketplace.

Talentpair is an augmentation to what you are already doing. You keep your A business and Rock Star candidates – this marketplace is for the jobs you don’t fill and for the candidates you don’t place.

If you are the owner of record for a job that someone else makes a placement on you will get paid as defined by the Smart Contract.  For that job you would be working a split with the other recruiter for finding the candidate and managing that candidate through the hiring process.

If you are the owner of record for a job in Talentpair the fee agreement you already have in place with the client remains the same. You own the fee agreement and Talentpair will bill the client on your behalf.

This is going to happen – and it would be a sale outside of the marketplace.  We expect our recruiters in the marketplace to be honorable and abide by the Terms and Conditions.  Bad actors will be asked to leave the marketplace.

No. According to the Terms and Conditions Talentpair is in no way able to solicit a client who is owned by another recruiter. However, we do have incentives built in for the recruiter to convert clients into Talentpair Partners.

If the candidate you find in your own network is already in Talentpair you would invite the candidate to your job and as long as another recruiter has not been working with them for 60 days you would own that candidate.  If the candidate is already engaged, we encourage collaboration directly with the owner of the candidate.

You have the option of working those jobs for the candidate percentages or working on them outside of the marketplace.

6 months or a change of job/status on an intake, perpetuity for an invite.

No, you just have to follow the rules that Talentpair has set forth to complete the actions correctly otherwise you will not be eligible for the rewards for that particular action.

You must complete the actions in Talentpair to get paid for the activities.
